Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a Product Manager to own a patented pump station product with over $6M in annual revenue. The hybrid role is based at the Avon, CT plant and leads product strategy, sales growth, distributor relations, and market expansion for customers across the United States.

You will guide projects from concept to delivery with PM and operations teams, prepare estimates, review specs, and promote the product at industry events while traveling ~35% of the time.

Qualifications

• Detailed mechanical knowledge of industrial plumbing/mechanical systems and packaging with electrical and structural components.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, marketing, and growth strategy for a patented pump station product sold through a nationwide distributor network.
• Serve as product owner and SME, providing technical guidance to distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors by conducting site visits and supporting project execution.
