This hybrid role is based in Bulls Gap, TN, with up to 35% overnight travel. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in product development or related fields, and strong analytical skills plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in sales, operations, product development, or related field.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product manager for ideation to completion across product category.
• Develop new product development strategies aligned with sales and marketing before launch.
• Create product roadmaps and briefs to define scope of projects.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, manufacturing, and QA on product specs and lifecycle decisions.
• Analyze market conditions and determine pricing strategies by channel.
