Meta is seeking a Growth Analyst to lead end-to-end growth initiatives across major product areas. You will partner with product teams to drive strategy, design experiments, and translate data insights into impactful product changes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists, focusing on scalable growth and long-term impact across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Oculus platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in analytical or product roles.
• 4+ years in analytics and SQL data querying.
• 4+ years solving analytical problems with quantitative methods and leading data-driven projects.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to hit product goals.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary product teams including engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis for actionable insights from large datasets.
• Experience doing exploratory analysis to answer ambiguous questions.
• Experience designing multivariate tests and synthesizing results for launch decisions.
• Product ideation skills for growth tactics across product areas.
