Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in an analytical or product role.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics and data querying languages such as SQL.
• 4+ years of applying quantitative approaches to solve analytical problems and lead data-driven projects.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to drive product goals.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary product teams including engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Experience performing exploratory analysis to answer ambiguous questions.
• Experience designing multivariate tests and synthesizing results for launch decisions.
• Product ideation skills to apply growth tactics to various product areas.
• Experience with products used by a wide range of communities.
