Job summary

Meta is seeking a Growth Product Analyst to lead end-to-end growth initiatives across our apps, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Oculus. You will embed with product teams, combine data analysis, ideation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable impact on key product goals.

You’ll design experiments, monitor user behavior trends, prioritize opportunities, and partner with engineers, designers and data scientists to land scalable growth initiatives across a wide user base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in analytical or product roles.
• 4+ years in analytics and SQL.
• Experience solving analytical problems and leading data-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy across a large product area and drive cross-team alignment.
• Drive long term growth through data analysis, ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences.
• Understand trends in user behavior to influence growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them for long-term impact.
