Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in an analytical or product role.
• 4+ years using SQL or similar data querying language.
• 4+ years solving analytical problems using quantitative methods and leading data-driven projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical functions.
• Experience working with software engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Experience performing exploratory analysis to answer open-ended questions.
• Experience designing multivariate experiments and landing launch decisions.
• Growth ideation skills to apply tactics across product areas.
• Experience with products used by diverse communities.
