Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in analytical or product roles.
• 4+ years of analytics and SQL experience.
• Quantitative problem solving with data-driven project leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with multidisciplinary product teams including engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis to draw actionable insights.
• Experience performing exploratory analysis to answer ambiguous questions.
• Experience designing multivariate experiments and landing launch decisions.
• Product ideation skills to apply growth tactics across products.
• Experience with products used by diverse communities.
