Job summary

Emerson in Minnesota is seeking a Commercial/Product Specialist to drive growth as a subject matter expert for assigned products and product lines. You will develop knowledge of world area sales channels, customer care, and operations, and create digital tools, training, and collateral to educate field and inside sales on local strategies, pricing, and competition.

You will assist in launching new products in local markets and evaluate sales channel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering is required.
• Zero years of applicable experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and act as subject matter expert for assigned products.
• Develop knowledge of world area sales channel, customer care, and operations.
• Create digital tools, training, and collateral for field and inside sales on local strategies, pricing, and competition.
• Assist in launching new products and evaluate sales channel readiness.
• Host customer visits at local factories, sales offices, or customer sites.
• Capture market intelligence on industry trends and competition.
