HappyRobot is hiring a Product Growth Manager to shape how our product is understood, positioned, and adopted. You will bridge Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth to translate complex capabilities into compelling stories and test what moves buyers and users.

You will own narrative development, launches, growth testing, and market insight, collaborating with a small team to move fast with high ownership and quality. This role offers ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or a related role at a high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or developer-focused company.
• Track record of launching products or features from start to finish, with strong writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Sales or GTM teams to align on a single message.
• Ability to balance strategic work (positioning, narrative) with hands-on execution (assets, channel testing, experiments).

Responsibilities

• Positioning & Narrative: Own how we describe our product and why it matters across audiences and channels.
• Launches: Run product and feature launches end to end with timely messaging and enablement for Sales.
• Growth & Distribution: Identify channels, drive activation and onboarding, and run funnel experiments.
• Customer & Market Insight: Talk to users, track competitors, and feed insights back to product and marketing.
