Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Product Finance Senior Manager to own economics and financial operations of our multi‑cloud platform spend.

You will partner with Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure Operations to forecast, drive cost efficiency, and ensure scalable cost attribution across our product portfolio. You will build driver-based models, define efficiency KPIs, and scale FP&A processes to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic/Product Finance, Cloud FP&A, or FinOps.
• Deep fluency in consumption-based business models, public cloud costs, unit cost analysis, gross margin drivers.
• Proven track record partnering with Engineering and Cloud Infra Ops to drive cost efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
• Systems-level thinker who builds scalable financial processes and auditable allocation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics and modeling to understand platform spend drivers across products and regions.
• Build driver-based forecasting models for infrastructure spend across expansion and launches.
• Partner with engineering to define efficiency KPIs and translate optimizations into margin targets.
