Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Product Finance Senior Manager to own the economics of its multi-cloud platform spend. You will be a key finance partner to Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure Operations, building driver-based forecasts and scalable cost attribution across the portfolio.

You will establish KPIs, drive efficiency roadmaps, and deliver auditable financial processes to support revenue and margin goals in a fast-growing, cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic/Product Finance, Cloud FP&A, or FinOps.
• Deep fluency in consumption-based business models and public cloud cost drivers.
• Proven track record partnering with Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure Operations for cost efficiency and forecasting.
• System-level thinker with scalable financial processes and auditable allocation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and modeling to understand how platform spend scales across products, providers, and regions.
• Partner with Engineering to define north star efficiency KPIs and translate them into operating and gross margin targets.
• Scale cloud FP&A processes with automated workflows and self-serve cost visibility for engineering partners.
