Qualifications

• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with hardware assembly/disassembly of computing devices.
• Familiarity with Windows, Android, CMD and Linux tools used in production repair.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of systems (Windows, Android, CMD, Linux) used in production repair and failure analysis.
• Assist in setting up the repair line including Tools and ESD grounding.
• Communicate effectively across teams and with clients as needed.
• Identify analytical approaches to complex problems and determine root causes.
• Coordinate with local and overseas teams via email and conference calls.
• Prepare parts for second-level failure analysis by the Factory team.
• Perform work in customer labs and support related duties.
