Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate degree in product design, mechanical, electronic or computer engineering with little experience or 3+ years of equivalent experience as FA engineer for computing devices.
• Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production to overcome daily challenges.
• Perform first level failure analysis on customer products.
• Initiate analysis using procedures and instructions when failure occurs.
• Investigate root causes and document results for internal communication.
• Coordinate with local and overseas teams via email and conference calls.
• Prepare parts for factory second level failure analysis.
