Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Product Forward Deployed Engineer for ConvergeSPORTS in the United States. You will bridge markets and product, shaping data strategy for sports clients while feeding field learnings back into product development.

Role involves go-to-market support, data discovery, audience definition, activation, and delivery of data-driven work. Travel ~25% is expected, with opportunities to influence product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data consulting, analytics, delivery, product, or technology implementation.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with data tooling (SQL, CRM, data platform, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to travel 25% on average based on work and client mix.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market demonstrations and client conversations, translating ConvergeSPORTS data and digital products into a clear business case.
• Contribute to go-to-market materials such as demo scripts, one-pagers, and case studies used by Sales and Product teams.
• Partner with Product Managers and Market Makers to qualify product fit and scope delivery engagements.
• Deliver client-facing data work including data discovery, segmentation, audience definition, and activation support.
• Support customer data platform, identity, and audience workstreams with Data Engineering and Data Science partners.
• Document client workflows, data sources, and integration needs, turning them into actionable product requirements.
• Bring field observations back into product development, noting gaps and repeated client requests.
• Build dashboards and reporting to visualize delivery progress and client outcomes.
• Assist with scope, timeline, and issue tracking across active engagements.
