Job summary

ConvergeSPORTS by Deloitte seeks a Product Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge market needs and the product. You will shape data strategy for sports organizations while feeding field learnings back into development, staying close to clients and the product simultaneously.

Responsibilities include GTM support, data discovery and activation, and building dashboards that reveal client outcomes. Travel and client-facing work are expected in this early-stage portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in data consulting, analytics, delivery, product, or tech implementation.
• 1+ years hands-on with data tooling (SQL, CDP, CRM, or BI like Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to travel ~25% based on client needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market for the ConvergeSPORTS portfolio and deliver work post-sale.
• Translate data and digital products into a clear business case for clients.
• Create demo scripts, one-pagers, and case studies for reuse by Sales and Product.
• Qualify product fit with Product Managers and Market Makers; help scope engagements.
• Deliver client-facing data work: discovery, segmentation, audience definition, activation.
• Support data platform, identity, and audience workstreams with Data Engineering/Data Science.
• Document workflows, data sources, and integration needs for product teams.
• Capture field observations to inform product development and repeat client requests.
• Build dashboards and reporting to visualize progress and outcomes.
• Assist with scope, timeline, and issue tracking across engagements.
