Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Product Forward Deployed Engineer for ConvergeSPORTS to operate at the intersection of market needs and product development, shaping data strategy for sports organizations while delivering field learnings back into the product roadmap.

You will split time between go-to-market support and end-to-end data work, including data discovery, segmentation, and dashboard delivery, with a focus on data strategy and data-product delivery across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data consulting, analytics, delivery, product, or technology implementation.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with data tooling (SQL, a CDP, a CRM, or BI tools).
• Ability to travel ~25% based on client engagements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support product demonstrations and client conversations, translating ConvergeSPORTS data and digital products into a clear business case.
• Contribute to go-to-market materials such as demo scripts, one-pagers, and case studies used across engagements.
• Partner with Product Managers to qualify product fit and scope delivery engagements.
• Deliver client-facing data work including data discovery, segmentation, audience definition, and activation support.
• Support CDP, identity, and audience workstreams with Data Engineering/Data Science partners.
• Document client workflows and data sources, turning them into product requirements.
• Bring field observations back into product development to address gaps and recurring requests.
• Build dashboards and reporting to show progress and outcomes.
• Support scope, timelines, and issue tracking across engagements.
