Job summary

Deloitte’s ConvergeSPORTS team seeks a Product Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge market needs and product delivery. You’ll shape data strategy for sports organizations, deliver data work, and help translate client requirements into scalable product solutions.

You will collaborate with product managers and market makers, contribute to go-to-market content, and build dashboards that reveal progress and outcomes for clients across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 2+ years in data consulting, analytics, or delivery roles.
• 1+ years hands-on with data tooling (SQL, CDP, CRM, BI).
• Willingness to travel ~25% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market for ConvergeSPORTS and deliver data work post-sale.
• Translate data and digital products into a clear business case for clients.
• Create go-to-market materials and sales-ready case studies.
• Qualify product fit with Product Managers and Market Makers.
• Deliver client-facing data work: discovery, segmentation, activation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering/Science on data platforms and identity workstreams.
• Document client workflows and convert into product requirements.
• Build dashboards and reporting to show progress and outcomes.
• Help scope, timeline, and track issues across engagements.
