Job summary

You will work with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define concepts, create prototypes, and guide development.

Minimum qualifications include a relevant degree and a strong portfolio; proficiency with Figma/Sketch/Adobe; comfort designing for data-dense interfaces; and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or pursuing/completed within 12 months).
• Strong portfolio showing interaction design, visual design, and user research.
• Experience with usability testing and rapid prototyping.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe).
• Excellent collaboration and clear design rationale with engineers/PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from concepts to visual execution.
• Define workflows and micro-interactions for complex interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web, mobile, and XR.
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and balance qualitative with metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to guide development.
