Job summary

Mastercard is building a next-generation CXD Squad focused on Agentic Experiences and AI-driven workflows. You will design new user experiences, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful products.

The role blends product thinking with design craft to elevate Mastercard’s business solutions. You’ll work within the AI & Data organization, partnering with UX researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to advance design systems and component

Qualifications

6+ years of UX/UI design experience for consumer-facing products and B2B solutions.
Mastery of Figma including components and prototyping; scalable design systems.
Experience using AI-assisted design tooling to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
Hands-on experience where design and code converge to rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

Contribute to our design system between Design, Product and Engineering.
Ensure UX optimizes business objectives and user engagement with Product Design partners.
Ideate and conceptualize new features aligned with product strategies.
Rapid prototyping of proofs-of-concept and MVPs using human-centered design principles.
Create visual designs, reusable components, flows and journey maps to enhance Customer Experience.
