As an Engineering Manager for Product Engineering, you’ll lead teams delivering core product surfaces used daily by lawyers and professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering management leading fullstack product teams, in high-growth settings.
• 5+ years as a fullstack or backend engineer in product teams.
• Track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong product sense, balancing speed, quality, and user impact.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React) and backend systems (Python, Node, Go).
• Nice-to-have exposure to AI-powered apps or complex internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead fullstack engineering teams building user-facing features across our web product.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and AI teams to identify high-impact initiatives.
• Define and evolve architecture for a fast-moving AI-powered application.
• Hire, grow, and retain exceptional engineers in a high-trust, high-impact environment.
• Foster a culture of simplicity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to code and architecture reviews and unblock teams.
• Work with cross-functional partners to align product initiatives with company goals.
