Qualifications

• 3+ years leading fullstack engineering teams.
• 5+ years as a fullstack/backend engineer.
• Strong product sense balancing speed, quality and user impact.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend systems.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fullstack engineering teams building user-facing features.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and AI teams to identify and execute high-impact initiatives.
• Help define and evolve the architecture for a fast-moving AI-powered application.
• Hire, grow, and retain exceptional engineers in a high-trust, high-impact environment.
• Foster a culture of simplicity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to code and architecture reviews, unblock teams, and lead by example.
