Zusammenfassung

Tether Operations Limited is seeking a Product Engineering Lead to guide Keet’s API and frontend development, reporting to the CTO and collaborating closely with product. You will shape the engineering bar, drive feature delivery, and own the how of system design for a global-scale, P2P messaging app.

You’ll lead both API and frontend teams, champion distributed, offline-first architecture, and mentor engineers to build high-quality, scalable software used by millions of users.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading engineers who ship consumer products.
• Strong product sense and ability to collaborate with PMs.
• Intuition for distributed and local-first systems.
• Experience with offline-first approaches and eventual consistency.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and React.
• Proven ability to mentor leaders and teams.

Aufgaben

• Run the API and frontend teams, setting high engineering standards for performance, reliability, and APIs.
• Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet’s core and the app.
• Partner with product managers to translate vision into scoped, buildable work.
• Mentor team leads and evolve scalable team operating systems and processes.
