Job summary

Fulcrum is building an AI platform to automate insurance broker workflows. We seek a Member of Technical Staff who will develop core AI products, from parsing large PDFs to browser automation, with end-to-end ownership from MVP to scaling.

You will ship features across frontend and backend, write maintainable code with tests, and optimize performance while balancing user needs and business goals. This role requires 4+ years of experience and SF on-site work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript; Python is a plus.
• Track record of shipping user-focused products.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Strong empathy for user needs and user experience.
• Ability to ship quickly and iteratively.
• Experience building scalable systems.
• Willingness to work in San Francisco office.
