Job summary

Fulcrum, Inc. is building an AI platform to automate the insurance brokering process. We are seeking a Product Engineer who will develop core AI products, process long PDFs and Excel files, and create scalable browser automations for legacy systems.

You will help shape MVPs and drive growth from 0→1 and 1→10, while aligning technical work with customer needs. The role requires strong TypeScript skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

About the Role

We’re looking for a Member of Technical Staff to help reshape how the insurance broking industry services insurance. As a Product Engineer at Fulcrum, you’ll build and enhance our core AI products - from processing hundreds of very long PDFs and Excel files to building deep browser automations into legacy systems, and building a scalable platform to support the volume and throughput of our system. You will be responsible for both the 0→1 MVP development and the 1→10 growth and scaling of a product. You’ll work directly on features that help insurance brokers better serve their customers while improving margins.
