Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Product and Design to shape priorities and translate them into actionable engineering work.
• Help set Product priorities aligned with technical feasibility through cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to the team by writing code and participating in architectural discussions.
• Ensure feature delivery is predictable and transparent.
• Justify technical decisions by product outcomes.
• Engage with customers to gain edge in product building.
• Promote engineering best practices across the team.
