Job summary

Redo seeks a Product Engineer to build and operate the Reverse Logistics product flow. You will transform customer signals into priorities, automate feedback-to-decision, and ship code that improves the post-purchase experience.

You’ll work with product, design, and engineering to scale this new function from discovery through delivery, with AI integrated across the loop. The role emphasizes owning end-to-end delivery, shipping small fixes, and expanding automation to drive faster, data-informed

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships and serious side projects.
• Comfortable writing production code and debugging own systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, automation, internal tools, or product workflows.
• Strong product instincts and ability to turn customer problems into simple solutions.
• Clear writer and communicator, able to work with product, design, and engineering.
• Self-directed and resourceful; ownership from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the Product Operations operating system for Reverse Logistics.
• Turn customer feedback and data into clear priorities and decisions.
• Automate the path from feedback to decision across support tickets, calls, and product data.
• Write and ship code against feedback, starting with small fixes and QoL changes.
• Use AI tooling across discovery, research, prototypes, and production changes.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design to align discovery, planning, and delivery.
• Establish lightweight processes for roadmap planning and launch readiness.
• Track measures showing product improvements for merchants and shoppers.
• Surface risks and open decisions early to move teams quickly.
• Create feedback loops to continuously improve Product Operations.
