Redo in Draper, Utah is hiring a Product Engineer for Reverse Logistics to shape the feedback loop from customers into prioritized work and shipped code. You’ll own the automation of signals, coordinate with product, engineering, and design, and push for AI-enabled improvements across discovery to delivery.

The role emphasizes building an operating system for reverse logistics, working onsite five days a week, and shipping practical enhancements that improve merchant and shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships or side projects.
• Comfortable writing production code, APIs, and debugging own systems.
• Hands-on with LLMs, automation, internal tools, or product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the Product Operations operating system for Reverse Logistics.
• Turn customer feedback and data into clear priorities and decisions.
• Automate feedback-to-decision paths and surface results to the team.
• Write and ship code against feedback, starting with small fixes and QoL changes.
• Use AI tooling across the loop and raise standards for its use.
