Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Plans and formulates engineering programs within area of assigned responsibility.
• Implements and reviews process design for compliance with engineering principles and customer requirements.
• Supports technical development, customer issues, cost reduction programs and problem solving.
• Evaluates and approves design changes and drawings.
• Prepares project reports as necessary.
• Provides technical support for coating, brazing and/or manufacturing areas.
• Interacts with production personnel and suppliers/customers on technical issues.
• Performs process quality investigations and cost reductions.
• Develops and implements process improvements and tools.
• Generates work instructions and translates customer requirements.
• Reviews orders and blueprints for impact; drives waste elimination and equipment reliability.
