Job summary

Corsair in Milpitas, CA, seeks a hardware NPI engineer to own new product introductions and sustaining engineering for PSU and Scuf product lines. You will review schematics, BOMs, and drive issue resolution with suppliers and internal teams.

You will lead root-cause investigations, validate PFMEA and test plans, and ensure readiness across supplier base and contract manufacturers, interfacing with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in hardware product/NPI engineering with hands-on ownership
• Experience owning supplier relationships through DVT/PVT/OOBE and mass production ramp
• Comfort reading schematics and BOMs and engaging suppliers on technical trade-offs
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present exec-ready status
• Experience with gaming, consumer electronics, or power-supply hardware is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own NPI and sustaining engineering for PSU and Scuf product lines, including schematic/BOM review and issue resolution
• Lead technical root-cause investigations on manufacturing and field issues and route each to the right owner
• Review and validate PFMEA, process parameters, and test/qualification plans with suppliers
• Own component and material readiness; manage supplier relationships across PSU and Scuf
• Act as primary interface between Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Quality; consolidate inputs for leadership
• Evaluate factory capacity, line qualification, and manufacturing process scalability with contract manufacturers
