Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking to advance NPI and NTI programs for CCS MCS chargers in Peoria, IL. The role involves coordinating with end customers and suppliers, leading a multi-disciplinary team to design, develop and validate products, and ensuring rigorous validation planning and execution.

The position requires hands-on experience in DFMEA/PFMEA and requirement detailing to meet applicable standards, with a focus on field support and product safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading NPI/NTI programs (CCS MCS chargers).
• Collaboration with end customers and suppliers; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA practices.
• Experience in validation planning and execution.
• Understanding of product design, development and validation processes.
