Job summary

Corsair Gaming, Inc. is seeking a hardware engineer to own NPI and sustaining engineering for PSU and Scuf Controller products. You will review schematics, BOMs, and qualification plans, resolving issues hands-on rather than just tracking status.

You will lead root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams and ensure supplier readiness across the PSU and Scuf supply base. Strong collaboration with Engineering, Planning, and Quality is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5+ years in a hardware product/NPI engineering role with hands-on ownership of power electronics, PCBA, or similar.
Experience owning supplier relationships through DVT/PVT/OOBE and mass production ramp.
Comfortable reading schematics and BOMs, engaging suppliers on technical trade-offs.

Responsibilities

Own NPI and sustaining engineering for PSU and Scuf Controller product lines; review schematics and BOMs and resolve issues.
Lead technical root-cause investigations on manufacturing and field issues and route to the right owner.
Review PFMEA, process parameters, and test/qualification plans with suppliers; push back when engineering is weak.
Own component and material readiness, availability, and cost alignment across PSU and Scuf suppliers.
