Jobgether SRL in United States seeks a Product Engineer for Organized Spaces to lead technical product development, translating design concepts into high-quality products while ensuring quality, safety, performance, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

You'll collaborate with design, sourcing, merchandising, quality, compliance, and vendor teams, define technical specs, assess manufacturability, and drive cost, sustainability, and ROI improvements to deliver value.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years in product engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of consumer product safety, legal requirements, and compliance.
• Experience translating concepts into manufacturable designs using CAD tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical product development for Organized Spaces products throughout the lifecycle.
• Translate designer concepts into technical solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications covering materials, dimensions, fit, and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to realize product vision and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with testing protocols, safety, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Assess benchmarks to identify opportunities for technical improvements and cost/ROI optimization.
