Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, on-site direct hire position focused on improving product reliability by investigating failures and leading root-cause analysis.

You will work with design, manufacturing, and quality teams, perform SEM/EDX/XRF analyses, document findings, and mentor junior engineers. Level-based salary ranges apply; candidates from 0-1 to 5+ years are considered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in failure analysis within electronics or semiconductor industries.
• Proven expertise in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Hands-on experience with techniques such as SEM, EDX, and XRF.
• Familiarity with reliability testing and environmental stress screening.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.

This is a full-time, 100% on site, direct hire position.

As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you will play a key role in improving product reliability and performance by investigating and resolving product failures. You'll lead root cause analysis, develop preventive solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.

The client is open to candidates of the following experience levels:

Level 1: 0-1 years of experience (new grads): $60K - $65K/year.

Level 2: 1 - 5 years of experience: $65K - $75K/year

Level 3: 5+ years of experience: $75K - $85K/year.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth failure analysis on electronic components and systems to identify root causes of defects.
