Qualifications

• BSME/MSME with 3–5 years related experience.
• Experience with high-volume progressive die stamping and part production processes.
• Knowledge of metal processing techniques such as welding, soldering, brazing, plating.
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks or similar design software.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize stamped parts and tooling designs for clad and specialty metal products.
• Analyze product requirements and create/update engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with production and tooling teams, and troubleshoot floor issues.
• Coordinate with sales, quality, and supply chain for new product introductions and process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decisions, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
