Wisconsin Stamping in Wisconsin seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize metal fabrication processes, review manufacturability, and develop Bills of Materials, Routings, process flows, and packaging requirements for stamped components.

You will partner with engineering and production teams to ensure designs are robust, lead cost estimation efforts, monitor production schedules for on‑time delivery, validate post‑production costing, and support continuous improvement with ERP and SolidWorks CAD

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing (job shop background a plus).
• Experience with BOMs and routings, and cost estimation.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review manufacturability and assist in cost estimation.
• Set up Bills of Materials and Routings.
• Define process flow and packing requirements.
• Ensure production can be manufactured efficiently and on time.
• Monitor production schedules and post‑production costing.
