You will serve as the technical resource for product design, customer support, and manufacturing process improvements, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure profitability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in metals manufacturing, metal processing, or related industrial environments.
• Experience with product development and process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy, material properties, and metal manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of new products and value-added processing solutions.
• Evaluate customer specs and technical requirements to develop cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
• Provide expertise on material properties, metallurgy, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop engineering standards, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Support product launches and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
