Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing and the connector industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of MRP.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing floor support for all Commercial Air products, including training as needed.
• Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Support customer requirements/requests.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and manufacture new products and processes.
• Provide operational/production support to the Engineering Team.
• Create reports monitoring inventory levels and on-time delivery for key customers.
• Lead transfer of products/processes between facilities.
