Qualifications

- 10+ years of connector product design or NPD experience.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Experience leading global engineering teams across multiple locations.
- Strong experience with Core Products and NPD.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams across Endicott, Nogales, China, and remote sites.
- Set goals, priorities, and resource allocation to meet objectives.
- Coach and develop engineers; drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee Core Product Engineering, NPD, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Leadership.
