The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, hands-on hardware experience, and strong communication and Office skills. UEFI/WINPE and related tools knowledge is highly valued, with cross-functional collaboration and overtime flexibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Experience in computer hardware engineering.
• Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have strong Office suite knowledge (Excel, Word etc.).
• Requires moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files.
• Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization.
• Effectively liaison between Company and Client.
• Must be able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
• Requires strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Requires flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business supports.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to the production team.
• Perform failure analysis on customer products.
• Investigate and perform root cause analysis.
• Contact client for escalations.
• Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding.
• Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
• Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
• Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.
