Job summary

AV is seeking a Product Engineer I to sustain and enhance UAV system components, assemblies, and ground equipment. You will support design verification, BOM management, and manufacturing drawings while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role involves basic design understanding, production support, and collaboration with suppliers to resolve issues. A Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 0–2 years engineering design experience; production support.
• Desirable: experience with Agile PLM data & configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Sustain engineering support for a product line.
• Manage configuration and change orders in Agile PLM.
• Coordinate release of docs, BOMs, procedures and tooling.
• Assist in proposals, reports and production-order contracts review.
• Support transitions of new products into production.
