Responsabilités

• Develop new products and components with cross-functional teams and Marketing/Product Management.
• Apply knowledge of metals, plastics, forging, machining, forming, and injection molding to design products that meet specs.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design to create innovative concepts.
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturing engineering for specification and sourcing.
• Resolve manufacturability issues, optimize designs for cost and efficiency.
• Lead and contribute to product requirements, models, drawings, and design documentation.
• Ensure design clarity in drawings, tests and validation.
• Design and develop prototypes from concept to functional product.
• Execute design validation through prototyping, field and lab testing, and DOE.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and design reviews.
• Drive NPD projects with urgency in coordination with Project Management Office.
