Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to present technical analyses and financial justifications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight timelines.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining principles and approaches to design products and systems.
• Collaborate with managers and senior engineers on engineering decisions.
• Represent the organization in supplier meetings to plan work.
• Manage multiple low to medium difficulty projects with guidance.
• Estimate and schedule project timelines within the phase gate process.
• Oversee multiple actions concurrently.
• Address complex challenges under guidance.
• Conduct feasibility studies including cost estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate development activities and resolve design/test issues.
• Liaise with internal customers and suppliers to ensure design adherence.
• Lead effective meetings with assistance.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations communicating findings.
• Use Excel to evaluate project metrics and insights.
• Perform basic 3D CAD and FEM analyses.
• Prioritize projects aligning with organizational goals.
• Maintain contact with team leaders and executives to align on priorities.
• Minimize negative financial impact during implementation.
• Work with Product Management in developing new products.
• Perform other duties as requested.
