Job summary

Confidential in New York City is recruiting for a senior full-stack engineer who will own major parts of the product, from patient-facing apps to physician platform, and help shape how the engineering organization scales.

You'll work in a hybrid setup (3–4 days in the NYC office) and collaborate with product, clinical and commercial teams while advancing stability, data integrity, and AI tooling integrations in a rapidly growing medical practice.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience building new products in high-growth environments.
• Strong full-stack depth in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python.
• Mobile experience with React Native.
• Experience with Postgres and AWS.
• Hands-on experience building from the ground up at an early-stage company or through personal projects.
• A self-motivated, ownership-driven approach, comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

I’m recruiting on behalf of a confidential client, a venture-backed, 90+ person AI-first medical practice that pairs in-house clinicians with AI to deliver near-instant, personalized care. You’ll own significant parts of the product, from patient-facing apps to the physician platform, and help shape how the engineering organization is built as the company scales to hundreds of thousands of patients.

What you’ll be doing:
