Vention ищет опытного менеджера проектов для обеспечения полного цикла delivery в технологических проектах. Вы будете руководить кроссфункциональными командами, планировать спринты и PI-планирования, обеспечивать качество и прозрачность статусов для клиентов и руководства.

Требуется опыт работы с Agile/Scrum, аналитические навыки и умение переводить бизнес-требования в конкретные задачи. Ожидается владение Jira/Confluence и высокий уровень английского.

Qualifications

• 4 года опыта в управлении проектами в области разработки ПО или технологических проектов.

Responsibilities

• Организация полного цикла проектов: планирование, исполнение, управление рисками, закрытие.
• Определение объема проекта, сроков, этапов и зависимостей в соответствии с бизнес-целями.
• Проведение и ведение Agile/Scrum церемоний: планирование спринтов, ретроспективы, отслеживание Velocity.
• Проведение PI-планирования и регулярных обзоров этапов.
• Ведение проектной документации: RAID логи, KPI, статусы, релизная документация.
• Сбор и анализ бизнес-требований, перевод в User Stories и Definition of Done.
• Картирование бизнес-процессов и прослеживаемость требований к поставке (UAT).
• Руководство кроссфункциональными командами и работа с международными стейкхолдерами.
• Управление ожиданиями стейкхолдеров и коммуникации о рисках и приоритетах руководству и клиентам.
• Поддержка product менеджеров в планировании и релизах.
• Отслеживание метрик проекта и продукта: доставки, запросов функций, критических багов.
• Участие в демонстрациях для клиентов.
• Выявление возможностей ИИ в проектах и внедрение AI-ориентированных решений.

Задачи

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects: planning, execution, risk management, and closure
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies, and keep them aligned with business goals
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, from sprint planning to retrospectives, and track and report on team velocity
• Run PI planning sessions and regular milestone reviews
• Maintain project governance: RAID logs, KPIs, status reports, and release documentation
• Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a clear Definition of Done
• Map business processes and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery, including UAT
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, analysts) and coordinate with international stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and clients
• Support product managers in the planning cadence and throughout the release lifecycle
• Track project and product metrics: delivery performance, feature requests, and critical bugs
• Take part in product demos and discussions with clients when needed
• Identify AI opportunities within projects and help bring AI-enabled features and workflows to delivery

Требования

• 4 years of project management experience in software development or technology-driven environments
• Proven end-to-end delivery track record across planning, execution, risk management, and closure
• Strong Agile/Scrum and governance experience: timelines, dependencies, RAID, KPIs, and reporting
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with international stakeholders
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, UAT, and traceability
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable scope
• Understanding of software lifecycles, APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Strong prioritization judgment and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
