Job summary

Donato Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to support production with failure analysis and root-cause investigations. You will follow procedures to analyze product failures, document results, and communicate solutions internally and to customers as needed.

The role requires hands-on hardware experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a warehouse/production setting. On-site in Grapevine or Fort Worth Alliance, immediate start.

Qualifications

• Minimum - Associate’s Degree in product design, mechanical, electronic or computer engineering with some experience or 3+ years of equivalent experience as Failure Analysis engineer for computing devices.
• Hands on experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production to overcome daily challenges.
• Perform first level failure analysis on customer products and document findings.
• Contact customers for quality escalations as needed.
• Coordinate with local and overseas teams via email/conference calls.
