Dex is building the AI operating system for enterprise IT. You will own products end-to-end, from concept to production, engaging with enterprise users to shape the roadmap and deliver impactful capabilities.

Design and ship agentic AI systems across a modern stack, contributing to the core product experience in the coming year. You will join as an early member of the New York office, working five days a week in person, with a focus on practical, shipped work and iterative problem solving for

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-native agentic systems in production or side projects.
• Ability to discuss failure modes, evaluations, and tool design.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with demonstrated shipped work.
• Excellent product instincts and comfort with enterprise users.

Responsabilités

• Own product development end-to-end: research, conceptualisation, experimentation, implementation, and iteration with enterprise customers.
• Engage directly with large enterprise users to shape the product roadmap.
• Design and ship agentic AI systems with robust failure modes and evaluation frameworks.
• Operate across a modern stack (Kotlin backend, React/Vite frontend, Temporal, in-house LLM harness).
• Be a key contributor defining the core product experience over the next year.
