Job summary

Reejig seeks a Product Engineer who will own the customer problem, product decisions, and the code that ships. You will work directly with customers, learn where the product can create more value, and translate insights into software quickly. You’ll influence what gets built across the stack, not just how it’s implemented.

This is a strong individual contributor role with broad ownership, direct customer context, and the freedom to shape solutions from problem through to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end product ownership.
• Strong full-stack skills across front-end, backend and relational databases.
• Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Daily use of AI coding tools to improve development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end to end from problem understanding to design, build, release and iteration.
• Join customer conversations and turn feedback into product improvements.
• Build across the stack including modern front-end experiences, backend services, data and AI-powered features.
• Use AI coding tools as a core part of how you work, while maintaining quality and testing standards.
• Make practical product decisions about scope and what to ship now vs later.
• Learn from customer usage and feedback to improve the product.
• Contribute to engineering practices and code reviews to raise quality.
• Collaborate with a distributed team across time zones.
