Scrunch AI is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to build and ship product end-to-end, across frontend and backend. This high-ownership role expects you to shape what gets built, how it works, and why it matters, leveraging AI tools to move faster and increase leverage.

You’ll work across frontend, backend, and product, translating ideas into shipped experiences and building scalable systems. We value fast iteration, strong product thinking, and delivering real user value.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping product either as an engineer, product manager, or technical designer.
• Strong product thinking with focus on user outcomes.
• Ability to go from idea to execution (built things, not just specs).
• Hands-on technically or actively pursuing it.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high ownership.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without perfect information.
• Technical foundation: modern stack; not required senior but able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from idea to production across frontend and backend.
• Translate product ideas into shipped experiences, even if it requires learning new tools.
• Build reusable components, abstractions, and workflows to speed up the team.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor) to accelerate development and debugging.
• Ship fast, gather feedback, and continuously improve what you build.
• Help design systems that scale and make pragmatic architectural decisions.
