Job summary

Reejig is seeking a senior leader to stand up and guide Forward-Deployed AI capabilities for enterprise customers in a hybrid NYC environment. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate needs into high-value AI workflows, ensuring adoption and measurable impact.

You will start hands-on with a founding team, then scale the function, define standards, and build reusable patterns that inform product and marketplace offerings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across applied AI, enterprise AI consulting, AI transformation, or related fields.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers (Fortune 500/100) on AI solutions.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into deployed AI workflows, agents, or processes.
• Experience moving AI initiatives from prototypes to adoption and measurable value.
• Experience hiring, developing, or leading a team or building function structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from ambiguous business needs through workflow design, build, deployment, and measurement.
• Collaborate with SMEs and work designers to map tasks, decisions, and human judgment.
• Decide when to build, co-build, or enable customers to build independently.
• Ensure customers deploy and realize value, not just ship a workflow.
• Help customers build and operate high-quality AI workflows themselves.
