Job summary

Reejig is seeking a Delivery Engineer to make it fast, safe and reliable for enterprise-scale software. You will own cloud infrastructure, IaC, deployment workflows and security, with a bias toward automation and continuous improvement.

You will shape how AI is used in the engineering lifecycle, build AI-assisted workflows, and improve observability, reliability and cost. You will work across regions to keep the platform scalable and secure in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or similar with production responsibility.
• Strong experience with AWS or another major cloud platform and Terraform.
• Production experience with containerised workloads and modern deployment patterns.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases in production.
• Experience with observability, monitoring and alerting systems.
• Solid security fundamentals across identity, access, secrets, encryption and authentication.
• Experience reading and modifying service code in Python or Go.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Engineer to make it fast, safe and reliable for Reejig to build and ship software at enterprise scale.

You will own the foundations that our engineers and customers depend on: cloud infrastructure, deployment and release workflows, observability, security and the systems that support our AI-powered product. This is a hands-on role with broad ownership and a strong bias toward automation, simplicity and continuous improvement.

You will also help shape how Reejig uses AI inside the engineering lifecycle, building AI-assisted workflows that help the team move from ideas and specifications to tested, production-ready software faster without lowering the quality bar.

What You Will Do

• Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code across environments and regions
• Improve the reliability, scalability and efficiency of the platform that runs Reejig
• Build and refine CI/CD and release workflows so shipping is fast, routine and reversible
• Operate and improve the core data, networking and platform services our applications rely on
• Build observability that gives the team clear, actionable signals about performance and reliability
• Strengthen security, access controls, encryption and operational practices for an enterprise SaaS environment
• Support the infrastructure and platform capabilities behind our AI features, with a focus on reliability, flexibility and cost
• Develop AI-assisted engineering workflows that help turn specifications, operational knowledge and repeatable engineering tasks into code and automation more efficiently
• Use AI coding tools as part of your own day-to-day work, while maintaining strong testing, review and security standards
• Create the runbooks, documentation and automation that make the platform easier for the whole engineering team to operate

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or a similar role with production responsibility
• Strong experience with AWS or another major cloud platform and infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform
• Production experience with containerised workloads and modern deployment patterns
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Hands‑on experience operating relational databases in production
• Experience with observability, monitoring and alerting systems
• Solid security fundamentals across identity, access, secrets, encryption and authentication
• Enough Python, Go or another backend language to comfortably read and change service code
• Practical experience using AI coding or engineering tools in day-to-day development

Nice to have

• Experience leading a platform migration or major infrastructure change with minimal customer disruption
• Experience with multi‑region or high‑availability environments
• Experience supporting enterprise security or compliance programmes such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2
• Experience running infrastructure for LLM or other AI‑powered workloads
• Experience building internal developer tooling or AI‑assisted software‑delivery workflows
